OVERVIEW

You've got sponsorship assets. We'll sell them.

Backed by decades of experience and millions in closed festival sponsorships, our sales team becomes your sales team — identifying the right brand partners, crafting the perfect pitch, presenting, negotiating and closing the deal.

From prospect to contract, we handle the sales process — so you can focus on the festival.

Whether you're launching a first-year event or scaling a flagship, festival sponsorship sales is where the revenue curve bends. Our team handles prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and contracting so your team can focus on production and programming. You get an embedded sales partner backed by a 25-year book of brand relationships — no ramp time, no learning curve, no fixed headcount to hire.

Whether you're starting fresh or scaling up, we'll bring new revenue, elevated brands, and longer, multi-year partnerships.

You don't need to build an internal sales team. You just need the right sales partner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard engagement includes a monthly retainer and sales commission. While we have standard rates, they can vary based on the festival size, asset valuations and gross revenue potential.

We need a clearly defined festival opportunity, realistic sponsorship goals, sellable assets, pitch-ready materials and enough lead time to take the opportunity to market effectively. If gaps exist, that’s fine — we can help address them through other AOI sponsorship services before sales begin.

Yes — existing relationships are an asset. We’ll work around the conversations and partnerships already underway while identifying new categories, prospects and opportunities to expand your pipeline.

No reputable sponsorship sales team can guarantee a specific amount of sponsorship revenue. What we can do is provide an informed projection, along with an experienced, disciplined sales effort backed by decades of festival sponsorship sales experience.

Sponsorship sales take time, and the more runway you have, the more effective the process tends to be. Brand budgeting cycles extend throughout the fiscal year, so timing matters. Our standard engagement is six months, giving us time to make sure the tools and messaging are right, identify the best-fit prospects, and move through the full engagement process — outreach, pitching, negotiating, contracting and more.
